The tournament will be a three-day, One (1) Gross Best Ball and One (1) Net Best Ball of the foursome. Each player will play his/her own ball through the green. The Team’s Low Gross and Low Net scores will be recorded on each hole. An individual’s score may be used for both Low Gross and Low Net. All players will be allowed 100% of their handicaps as recorded on the scorecard. No handicap strokes will be allocated on par 3s. The maximum handicap is 14 for men and women. Any handicap errors need to be conveyed to the Tournament Committee prior to the start of each round.
Awards will be given at the end of each round to the Low Gross and Low Net teams, Low Gross Individual, as well as the daily contest winners. All ties will be broken by a scorecard playoff from #18 backwards. In the case of one (1) team finishing with Best Low Gross and Best Low Net scores, Low Gross takes precedence. A team may only win one (1) of the daily team prizes. All awards will be given out at that evening’s festivities.
At the conclusion of the final round at Pebble Beach Golf Links, the overall Low Gross and Low Net champion teams will be awarded tournament trophies and have their names added to the Tiger Woods Invitational perpetual trophy.
