Dream Rounds and Lasting Impact at the 2024 Tiger Woods Invitational
Three days of golf on the Monterey Peninsula is a dream golf getaway for any golf enthusiast, but for more than a decade the Tiger Woods Invitational presented by USLI has been elevating the experience for its guests. In its 13th playing, the Tiger Woods Invitational continues to be a golfer’s paradise while raising funds to benefit TGR Foundation and its mission to empower students through education.
The annual event got underway at Spyglass Hill on Monday as guests enjoyed an interactive Q&A on the driving range with Max Homa and Gary Woodland. The two PGA TOUR winners and fan favorites shared stories that spanned from Presidents Cup victories to Woodland’s 2019 U.S. Open victory at Pebble Beach. Prior to Monday’s round at Spyglass each participant received a TaylorMade BRNR Mini Driver and hand selected apparel pieces from Sun Day Red.
Monday night’s dinner at the Beach Club added to memorable moments had on course. Homa and Woodland were joined by two-time PGA of America Professional Player of the Year Michael Block for a rousing panel discussion. The night concluded with a game of ‘who is most likely to’ that left the room laughing all the way to round two.
Guests arrived Tuesday morning at Monterey Peninsula Country Club to test their game on the shore course. Teams got a little extra help on the par 3 11th hole as Block hit tee shots for guests on the picturesque hole. Tuesday night’s glow was golf once again a highlight of the time at Pebble Beach. A near ace had the crowd in awe on Pebble’s famed 18th green.
The final round of the 2024 event took place at Pebble Beach Golf Links, the number one public golf course in the country. A bucket-list round on any occasion, it was the perfect ending to a dream golf getaway.
